You can drop it off with us! It’s important that you choose the right option when selecting how you will return it. The correct option will generate a label with a barcode. The wrong one will only give you a QR code that we aren’t allowed to scan, and you’ll have to drive all the way over to Tri-Cities! Save yourself a trip and choose the correct option when returning your item!

No Printer? No Problem!
You can select ‘Email copy of label’ and choose the option ‘send to a friend.’ Send it to shippingsolutionsrus@gmail.com and just let us know upon arrival that you sent us a label.
